Desde Montreal, un par de conocidos humoristas llaman a Palin haciéndose pasar por Sarkozy. La conversación no tiene desperdicio. De entre la conversación destacan muchas cosas como por ejemplo nombres de políticos canadienses inventados por los humoristas que ella admite conocer.

Momentos hilarantes en los que se habla de ir a cazar juntos en helicóptero, o cuando se comenta que Carla Bruni está celosa de ella y que le ha compuesto una canción.

Palin demuestra una vez su carácter inocente al no darse cuenta de que estaba siendo victima de una broma:

El discurso, toda una obra maestra de comunicación, seguramente muy preparado pero no deja de tener su mérito. Además, este discurso siguió a la derrota en las primarias de Obama frente Hillary en ese estado.

En el vídeo aparecen famosos como: Scarlett Johansson, Amber Valletta, la estrella del baloncesto Kareem Abdul-Jabbar y varios famosos más.

El vídeo no tiene nada que ver con su campaña política (o eso es lo que dicen).

Por lo visto Will Adams se sintió especialmente emocionado con el discurso y tubo la idea de hacer el vídeo.

Me encanta la canción (y más viendo el video), pero lo que es más importante, me encanta Barack Obama. No deja de ser mi opinión personal, y si bien es cierto que el país necesita un cambio, y que los dos candidatos van a cambiarlo, Obama transmite con más fuerza y con más energía y mueve a más masas, a más gente diferente, jóvenes, blancos y negros, latinos, etc. Es la variedad en este sentido lo que le da fuerza. Y es que Obama es el candidato de los jóvenes, de los “yes, we want change”.
